Shipping Policy

At Sacrametal, we create each piece with care and intention, just for you. Because your order is made to order by our small team, please allow 7-21 business days for your cosmic treasures to arrive. ✨

📦 Processing & Production Time

Our delivery timeframe includes both production and shipping:

  • Production: Each piece is crafted and packaged specifically for you, which takes time and care
  • Shipping: Once your order is ready, it's handed off to our shipping carrier
  • Total Time: The full 7-21 business days covers both of these steps

Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in business days and may extend your delivery time slightly.

🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We're not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to keep our shipping fees as reasonable as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Free shipping promotions: From time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. These promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to you.

If you don't receive tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@sacrametal.com.

🚚 Delivery

Your package will be delivered by USPS, UPS, or another carrier depending on your location. Most carriers will leave packages at your door, but some may require a signature.

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or that it will be safe at your delivery location.

📍 Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at support@sacrametal.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order moves into production and we won't be able to make changes.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Look around your delivery location (sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots)
  • Wait 24-48 hours (occasionally packages are marked as delivered before actual delivery)
  • Contact us at support@sacrametal.com if you still can't locate it

We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to you.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us at support@sacrametal.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and the photos in your email

We'll review your case and send a replacement if the damage is covered under our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that you'll need to cover the shipping fee for replacement items.

⏱️ Delays

While we do our best to meet our 7-21 day timeframe, occasional delays may happen due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons or promotions
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If your order is significantly delayed beyond our estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. You'll be responsible for paying the shipping costs to resend the package.
