🔄 Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our crystals and jewelry. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly send you a free replacement within 30 days of purchase.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Send clear photos of the damage or defect to support@sacrametal.com
- You'll need to cover the shipping fee for the replacement item
Once we receive your request and photos, we'll review it and get your replacement sent out as quickly as possible.
❌ Returns
Because each order is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns. We put our heart into creating every piece, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
🚫 Cancellations
We know that sometimes minds change! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately.
After 24 hours, your order moves into production, and we won't be able to cancel it. Our small team works quickly to get your cosmic treasures packaged and ready to ship!
